      真空噴涂的原理是利用真空技術，通過密閉容器內的高壓泵壓送涂料，高壓的涂料高速噴出，隨著壓力驟降，UV涂料驟然膨脹并霧化,將涂料均勻包覆在工件表面。噴涂過程在封閉的箱體內進行，霧化穩定，所形成的涂膜均勻、平整。真空噴涂機目前主要應用于木制品行業，是家具門窗線條、百葉、圓棒等有溝槽的直線條狀工件噴涂設備，一次完成整個工件的四面噴涂。雙真空系統，滿足不同工藝需求，提升作業便利性

The spraying process is carried out in a closed box, with stable atomization and a uniform and smooth coating film formed. They are equipment for spraying straight and strip-shaped workpieces with grooves, such as furniture door and window lines, louvers, and round bars. 適用于門框、門線、畫框、窗簾架、舌槽企口板、門窗配件、地腳線、地板等條狀工件連續自動噴涂。此機可針對UV、水性涂料進行大批量連續涂裝，噴涂均勻，油漆利用率100%，本機采用不銹鋼機身，耐酸堿。若噴涂水性涂料可與橫向平移干燥機配套使用，干燥效果更佳。
