真空噴涂面漆線是利用真空技術，通過密閉容器內的高壓泵壓送涂料，高壓的涂料高速噴出，隨著壓力驟降，UV涂料驟然膨脹并霧化,將涂料均勻包覆在工件表面。噴涂過程在封閉的箱體內進行，霧化穩定，所形成的涂膜均勻、平整。涂料100%不間斷循環利用，不會浪費任何涂料以達到最高的生產效益。

Vacuum spraying topcoat line uses vacuum technology to pump paint through a high-pressure pump in a closed container. The high-pressure paint is sprayed out at high speed, and as the pressure drops sharply, the UV paint suddenly expands and atomizes, evenly coating the surface of the workpiece. The spraying process is carried out in a closed box, with stable atomization and a uniform and smooth coating film formed. The paint is 100% continuously recycled, without wasting any paint to achieve the highest production efficiency.

適用于門框、門線、畫框、窗簾架、舌槽企口板、門窗配件、地腳線、地板等條狀工件連續自動噴涂。此機可針對UV、水性涂料進行大批量連續涂裝，噴涂均勻，油漆利用率100%，本機采用不銹鋼機身，耐酸堿。若噴涂水性涂料可與橫向平移干燥機配套使用，干燥效果更佳。
